“Best pool builders in Buford” is a local-intent query — Wendy is represented through Nextdoor reviews and address registration. “Custom pool construction North Atlanta” is the broader geographic query that most prospects researching pool builds begin with — and for that query, the answer surfaces eight competitors with 20+ years of presence in the North Metro market. Build Your Own Pool of Georgia is not in the answer.

The national expansion compounds this. None of the seven states the expansion targets — Hawaii, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Nevada, Virginia — have any LLM citation profile for Build Your Own Pool of Georgia yet.
