What does the consultation fee include?
Your consultation fee covers complete project planning: custom pool design, full subcontractor coordination plan, milestone-based payment schedule, and ongoing project management throughout the build. You're paying for 34 years of industry expertise applied to your specific project — not for a generic three-ring binder.
Why is this model less expensive than traditional builders?
Traditional pool companies add 30-40% markup on top of subcontractor costs to cover overhead, sales commissions, and front-office expenses. Our model gives you direct access to the same skilled subcontractors — without that markup layer. The savings go back to your project.
